At The Legacy Group, we're on a mission to empower buyers and sellers to build their legacy as they embark on their real estate journey with confidence and purpose. Our journey began in 2009 when our CEO and Owner, Josh Kalinowski, faced the challenges of Casper's economic downturn. After four years in the industry, working for two brokers and enduring sixteen unsuccessful closing deals, he knew there had to be a better way to approach real estate.


Determined to take control of his own destiny, Kalinowski decided to pave his own path to success. He founded The Legacy Group, a company rooted in the belief that helping agents thrive would leave a lasting impact. Joined by his longtime friend and business partner, Ed Toohey, they opened a Coldwell Banker office in Casper, recognizing the value the brand would bring to their vision.


Over the past decade, The Legacy Group has expanded its footprint to serve Buffalo and Sheridan, as well as outgrowing four locations in Casper. Since 2015, we've assembled an in-house marketing team dedicated to empowering our agents with effective listing marketing strategies. We've nurtured a culture that fosters agent and client success, both in the realm of real estate and beyond. Our commitment to growth and adaptation drives us to continually enhance our toolbox and resources, equipping our agents, and their clients, for victory.
